SHIBORI TEA TOWEL WORKSHOP

Join in for a fun afternoon of Shibori dyeing. Learn the basics of this ancient Japanese dye technique. You will learn folding and clamping, binding, and basic stitch techniques to create patterns on a pair of cotton flour sack towels.

Create one for yourself and one to gift!

We will be using color and lightfast Fiber Reactive dyes at room temperature to achieve richly saturated hues.

Open to all levels. No previous dye experience necessary.

You may get dye on your clothes, so dress accordingly.
