Ever thought about how textile waste is a lot like food waste? How there are toxic colors in our clothing and food? How women's rights are barely visible in both the food and fiber industries?
Then come Join Amy DuFault and Anna Brones, co-founders of the Food & Fibers Project to discuss slow food and slow fibers and the many crossovers the two industries have in our everyday lives.
Inspired by Anna's book Fika: The Art of the Swedish Coffee Break, we'll also have coffee and Swedish treats on hand as well as copies of Fika!
